Pastor Gordon and Rev. Dan Borvan sit down to explore what it means for Christians to live as pilgrims in this present evil age, called to fix their gaze on the eternal Kingdom—the true home of every believer. In the meantime, how should we live? Gordon and Dan delve into the delicate balance between pursuing a good life on earth while keeping our hearts and minds fixed on the heavenly age to come.
They discuss the Christian family: who it includes, the biblical pursuit of justice, and the growing desire for some to address society's ills in an effort to build a "Christian nation." They remind us that being overly consumed with this world and striving to solve every societal issue can become a distraction from the true Gospel and the glorious promise of the world to come.
