Starting a new church is an important task, and all of the details, big and small, play a vital role in the process. In today’s episode, Washington D.C. church planter and Reverend Dr. Brian Lee joins Pastor Chris Gordon to continue their discussion. They go over a checklist of a successful church plant, from the building that’s chosen, the pastoral staff, the funding, and how much support is given. They talk about the emotional process of closing down a church, but agree that the focus should remain on the amazing work God does in each church, no matter its life span.
