To answer the question as to how do we solve these issues – if you begin with Isaiah, read all the OT prophets and then the 4 Gospels – the history exposed in those books tells you what God did – ending with the total destruction of Israel in 70 AD and thus also the Old Covenant.
It ain’t pretty – but it’s what we can look forward to if we don’t repent as a NATION and as a Church.
Tolerance of common cultural sins is what got us here because our churches seemed to have forgotten Matthew 28:18-20.
Making disciples is not going to 2 week mission trips to South America in the winter. In short, Christianity is not etiquette!
