In today’s episode Rev. Dr. Brian Lee joins Pastor Chris Gordon in the AGR studio. Rev. Lee worked in government in D.C. for many years and explains his transition from politics to the ministry. He and Pastor Gordon discuss the successes of church planting and take a closer look at the areas where the process could be improved. They ask important questions like: What attributes make a good church planter? Should there be an emphasis on internships? How should church plants be funded? Should there be more than one pastor? And how young is too young for a pastor to take the call? They agree that no matter the unique circumstance each church plant and its new pastor benefit greatly from communication support and prayer.
